- Once the purchase of general registration has been made to the congress or to experiential and / or curricular workshops, there are no changes or refunds.
- Entrance to Expo Parques and social events are included in the general registration to the congress. However, these can also be purchased individually if the assistant so decides.
- The cost of the experiential and curricular workshops are charged separately at the general entrance.
- Entrance tickets to the congress, experiential and / or curricular workshops are not transferable.
- Promotions or discounts are not cumulative.
- Young professionals are defined as anyone who is 29 years old or younger.
- The discount for young professionals will only be valid when presented with a valid ID on the day of the congress.
- Students are defined as anyone who is currently enrolled as a full-time student and does not work as a full-time professional. All students who have purchased a ticket to the Parks Congress with the registration of “student” must present a certificate of studies from the educational institution before receiving the welcome kit during registration.
- The student fee does not apply for master or doctorate level.
- The student's status must be verified in one of the following ways: certificate of studies of the institution's letterhead and signed by a qualified representative of their university program or have a student identification with valid dates. Verification must be submitted during registration, otherwise extra charges will be charged.
